Welcome to Elder Statute. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and the legal services, informational products, and goods we offer. By using Elder Statute, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any portion of our offerings, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or services.

3. Services

Elder Statute provides professional legal services for seniors, including retirement planning support, estate documentation, benefits guidance, and representation in administrative matters. Services are provided by qualified attorneys and staff pursuant to applicable rules of professional conduct.

4. Information Products

We offer digital guides, webinars, and other educational materials designed to help seniors understand their rights and plan for later life. These products are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase.

5. Goods

Elder Statute may sell printed materials, workbooks, and related physical publications. Orders are processed and shipped from our location at National Museum of Qatar.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are described on our website and are payable in advance via accepted payment channels. You must provide valid information for payment completion. Access to digital products is granted only after payment confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Legal Services

Due to the personalized nature and preparatory work required for legal matters, fees for scheduled consultations and ongoing representation are non-refundable once formal engagement has commenced. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will offer to reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the fee because of attorney time allocation.

7.2 Information Products

If you purchase an informational product and have not downloaded or accessed the material, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Approved requests will receive a credit to the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a credit to the original payment channel within 15 business days.

8. Scheduling and Rescheduling

To reschedule a legal service appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date.

9. Modifications to Terms

Elder Statute reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will post updates on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
